How to login to your Kohls card account online
The Kohls Card is an essential shopping tool that you can use at any of the department stores in their network, such as Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s, and Sears. With so many places to shop with your Kohls Card and exclusive discounts that you don’t get with other cards, it’s no wonder that it has gained such popularity in recent years. If you are trying to log in to your Kohls card account online, here are some steps to help you accomplish this quickly and easily.
Choose Between Online and Mobile
If you have a physical Kohls card, you can call the customer service number on the back of your physical card and provide them with your phone number, birth date, and last four digits of your Social Security Number. Alternatively, if you have a digital Kohls Card saved in the MyKohls app then simply click Login on the upper right-hand corner of the MyKohls app window. Next, tap on Sign In at the bottom of the screen. Enter your Email Address and Password that are associated with your Kohls Digital Card and tap Sign In. Once successfully signed in, tap Done to continue shopping or select Use Touch ID/Face ID at the bottom of the screen to skip entering a password each time you log in.
Go to Login Section
To get started, enter your account number (found on the back of your MyKohlsCard) and password. If you forgot your password, you can reset it by following the prompts on the website. Next, enter in the last four digits of your social security number (also found on the back of the MyKohlsCard) and click ‘Login’. You should then be prompted with a page displaying a summary of recent orders and shopping activity.
Enter Card Number
Entering your card number is the first step when logging into your Kohls Card Account. In order to enter in this number, you must have either a 10-digit card number or a 16-digit number. For security purposes, we will only be accepting 16-digit numbers. Once you enter the correct 16-digit card number, you will need to select Login to continue. You will then need to input your Username and Password for your Kohls’s card account. If you do not know what these are, please contact us at 1-800-823-5567 for assistance.
Enter Personal Details
First, you’ll need a computer or laptop with internet access. Then, go to the MyKholsCard website and log in using the username and password you created when setting up your account. Finally, click on Manage Account from the MyKholsCard homepage and select Use my card for more security to continue adding additional security measures. You will then be prompted to choose one of three options: Card Verification Value (CVV), Additional Credit Card Verification (ACV), or 3-D Secure (3DS).
Verify Card Security Questions
To get started, enter the 16-digit card number and the last four digits of the Social Security Number on the back of your card. If you’re unable to locate this information or have difficulty entering it, call customer service for assistance at 1-855-524-5780. You’ll then be prompted to answer three security questions about your Kohl’s credit card account. The questions may be different than what you selected when you first opened the account.

Signing up for MyKholsCard is easy. All you need is a mobile number, email address, and password, plus the shopper identification number on the back of the card in order to complete registration.
